Timeframe of the raffle

The raffle takes place between December 1st 2019 and December 24th 2019. During this time, users can participate in this online raffle.

Participation

To participate in this raffle, participants are required to subscribe on the website www.flystationmunich.com and Like all 24 Advent posts on Facebook. Participation is only possible during the specified period. Entries sent after the deadline will not be considered.
Participants are not allowed to partake with multiple entries in each of the daily raffles. It is prohibited to use multiple email addresses or Facebook profiles to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in this raffle is free. To participate, the participant will need a Facebook account.

Eligible persons

Any natural entity that is at least 18 years old is eligible to participate. Participation isn’t restricted to customers of the operator and is not related to an acquisition of a product or of a service.
Persons who participated in the conception and implementation of this raffle, as well as employers and their family members are not allowed to participate. Furthermore, at its sole discretion and based on legitimate reasons, the organisers reserve the right to exclude persons from the raffle. This is valid for reasons such as:
manipulations regarding access to and execution of the raffle, (b) violations of the terms and conditions, (c) deceptive acts, or (d) providing wrong or misleading information regarding participation in the raffle.

Prizes, notification, and shipping of the prize

The drawing of winners is carried out on 27th Dec. The drawing is based on a random drawing of all valid participants.
The winners of the raffle will be notified about the prize by a separate email latest on 28th Dec.
The prize will only be delivered to winners. It is not possible to exchange the prize, to pick up the prize directly, or to receive a cash payment for the prize.
All the prizes are delivered on-line. By claiming the prize, any additional cost will be taken over by the winner. The winner is liable for any possible payment of tax.

Termination of the raffle

The operator reserves its right to terminate this raffle without any prior announcement and without communicating its reasons. This applies in particular to reasons of any kind, which would disturb or hinder the scheduled course of the raffle.

Privacy

To participate in the raffle, it is required to provide personal data. The participant ensures the true representation and accuracy of statements, especially about his or her first and last name, physical address, phone number, and email address.
The operator points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be forwarded or used by third parties without the consent of the participant.
In case of a win, the participant complies with the publishing of his or her name and the participant’s location in advertising media put forward by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the organizer, the blog, and its social media platforms.
The participant can revoke his or her declared consent at any time. The revocation needs to be sent in written form to the organizer. After the revocation of declared consent, the participant’s compiled and stored private data will be deleted at once.

Applicable law

Participants need to direct questions or objections related to the raffle to the organizer.
The raffle of the organizer is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. All decisions are final and binding in all respects and not subject to legal recourse.

Severability clause

If any provision should be recognized or become entirely or partially invalid, it will not affect the validity of these terms and conditions. Instead of the invalid provision, the corresponding legal provision applies, which comes as close as possible to the economic intent of the invalid provision. The same is true of any loophole in the regulations of these terms and conditions.
